Does FMS offer a money back guarantee?

Yes. We want to make sure you are happy with our products and offer a 30-day money back guarantee. This is available when you purchase with a check or Visa, or MasterCard credit card.

For purchases with American Express or Discover cards, a 3% fee is charged since those cards do not refund their fees when we issue credits.

What payments do you accept?

Payments may be made by:

Purchase Orders

Although FMS reserves the right to deny purchase orders on a case-by-case basis, FMS generally accepts purchase orders from Fortune 500 companies, Government Agencies, Non-Profit organizations, and existing customers in good standing. We only accept purchase orders from companies within the United States. Copies of Purchase Orders must be emailed to us (sales@fmsinc.com), and must include the licensed user's contact information (name, address, email address, phone number) for the software download, and the billing contact (name, address, email address, and phone number). Our invoice is emailed to the billing contact's email address.

Terms are NET 30 with 5% monthly late fee after that.

All international orders must be prepaid by check, credit card, or wire transfer. We require that all international payments be received prior to shipping our products.

ACH and Wire Transfers

Please contact us for our account and ABA routing numbers for ACH payments and international wire transfers. Please make sure we receive the amount due on your invoice. You are responsible for the fees your bank charges.

Please note that wire transfers often take several business days to clear, and we cannot ship orders until we receive a confirmation from our bank.

COD (Cash on Delivery)

FMS does not accept payment by COD.

Is the online ordering process secure?

Yes. Our website is completely secure and private. Our site uses SSL encryption to ensure the security and confidentiality of your order. Additionally, we employ the latest encryption and authentication in compliance with our credit card processing partner.

If you prefer, you do not need to provide any payment information on the order form. Simply include all your information except the payment details, and we will call you for the payment information. Or you can simply phone in your order.

All FMS software is available via electronic download.

How does Electronic Software Download (ESD) work?

All orders are reviewed by our customer service staff. Our office hours are 9 AM-5 PM EST and orders are usually processed throughout the day. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and for orders after hours, we suggest that you allow one business day for ESD delivery.

Your download instructions are emailed to you with a link, download ID, password, and serial number. Simply follow the link and you can download the software immediately. Make sure the fmsinc.com domain is classified as a safe sender in your Junk Mail and SPAM filters.
