Although FMS reserves the right to deny purchase orders on a case-by-case basis, FMS generally accepts purchase orders from Fortune 500 companies, Government Agencies, Non-Profit organizations, and existing customers in good standing. We only accept purchase orders from companies within the United States. Copies of Purchase Orders must be emailed to us (sales@fmsinc.com), and must include the licensed user's contact information (name, address, email address, phone number) for the software download, and the billing contact (name, address, email address, and phone number). Our invoice is emailed to the billing contact's email address.
Terms are NET 30 with 5% monthly late fee after that.
All international orders must be prepaid by check, credit card, or wire transfer. We require that all international payments be received prior to shipping our products.
Please contact us for our account and ABA routing numbers for ACH payments and international wire transfers. Please make sure we receive the amount due on your invoice. You are responsible for the fees your bank charges.
Please note that wire transfers often take several business days to clear, and we cannot ship orders until we receive a confirmation from our bank.

All orders are reviewed by our customer service staff. Our office hours are 9 AM-5 PM EST and orders are usually processed throughout the day. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and for orders after hours, we suggest that you allow one business day for ESD delivery.
Your download instructions are emailed to you with a link, download ID, password, and serial number. Simply follow the link and you can download the software immediately. Make sure the fmsinc.com domain is classified as a safe sender in your Junk Mail and SPAM filters.
